The Halloween Candy Buy Back initiative, founded by Dr. Chris Kammer, has local dentists "buy back" Halloween candy from neighborhood kids for $1 per pound, then sends it to Operation Gratitude to include in care packages to our Troops overseas. What a great way to brighten the day of an American Hero!

For years, Target has donated funds and volunteer hours to local and national veterans' and military organizations. Target is a major supporter of Operation Gratitude. Volunteers from Target stores and distribution centers participate in the annual Operation Gratitude Holiday Drive by assembling care packages for U.S. troops deployed in harm's way.
